Jess has an undergraduate degree in Education with a Masters in Information Sciences. She spent several years working at Walt Disney World in Attractions, Concierge and Youth Education roles as well as in communications and records management for the Reedy Creek Improvement District, now the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District. She has been researching and procuring Disney books, including various cookbooks, for a decade. She currently resides in Central Florida with her husband and two children.
